There’s a new tree in Pet Society town and it grows randomly from the tree seed which can be purchased at the Garden Store. The new tree is the Pine Tree and bears the Homegrown Pine Cone. I’m pretty sure the Homegrown Pine Cone, if sold, will sell for 85 coins just like every new trees fruit does, if that’s the case it would be great to have a garden full of Pine, Strawberry Shortcake, Halloween Lolly and Chestnut trees to maximize fruit bearing tree profit since all of those trees produce 85 coin fruits/harvest/pastry/candy or whatever you want to call it! 
Usually if you use a homegrown fruit as bait while fishing you catch a special fish, although it hasn’t been announced yet, I’m pretty sure there will be a new “Pine Cone Fish” released which can be caught by using the Homegrown Pine Cone as bait. We’ll just have to wait and see!

There’s a method to refresh your newly grown tree until you get the tree you want, I read it somewhere, maybe I’ll make a post about it.
