How I made 1919 coins from gardening in Pet Society

If you’re not familiar with gardening in Pet Society read our post on Gardening Basics. Gardening in Pet Society gives players the option of planting vegetables, flowers and trees at their garden.  Planting vegetables in Pet Society can be very profitable as long as you have the patience for it.  The way I made 1919 coins from gardening in Pet Society was through planting vegetables, the longer you make your vegetables stay in the ground, the chances are they will grow larger thus having a higher value, however you are also risking your vegetables turning rotten.  I planted 18 vegetable seeds on 11/8/09 and pulled them off the ground today.  It’s been said 9 days is the maximum amount of days a vegetable will grow, after 9 days it won’t grow any larger.  Although 5 of my vegetables did rot, the other 13 grew very large and profitable .  Here’s how they turned out:

Vegetable Resell Value
Very Large Homegrown Pumpkin 265 coins
Gigantic Homegrown Pumpkin 291 coins
Gigantic Homegrown Sweetheart Root 378 coins
Very Large Homegrown Turnip 265 coins

So to sum it all up, purchase 18 vegetable seeds at the Garden Store, plant them at your garden and wait for 9 days to pull them from the ground.   When you sell your vegetables I advise to repeat the process, knowing you have some savings stored away in Pet Society gives every pet a little peace of mind.

i never had luck with vegetables in my garden. most of them are rotten after one day and it says i left it in too long. is that normal? you had many that did that too and it seems a waste as well as frustrating but i do like to plant the flowers some times.

Try planting 18 next time and wait the whole 9 days and see what you’ll get. :)

I agree, you won’t know it’s rotten unless you pull it from the ground. :(

I have al my garden with trees. If I take some out, can I used for my vegetables again?

Yes, you can remove trees but once you remove them you can’t use them anymore. The mound can then be used to plant again.
